The Alaskan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic remained a part of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic from 1917 until 1927, when it was upgraded in status to a Soviet Socialist Republic.

The Capital City was Dzhuno (Джуно, Juneau) to Ankoridzh (Анкоридж, Anchorage) and it by the end of the Second World War, the USSR was comprised of 18 Republics, and Alaska was the 3rd largest between Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
